With a successful agency career of over 35 years, Jason is proud to have helped literally thousands of buyers and sellers move home.

“I spent over 25 years with one of the UK’s largest corporate estate agency groups, working my way through the ranks to ultimately become a regional director. I had responsibility for multiple branch locations throughout Castle Point, including, Basildon, and Southend districts.

I later moved into the prime and executive market sector, covering premium homes, in some of the most favoured locations across Essex.

More recently, I took an opportunity to become an associate territory operator for a large on-line property business. Here I gained valuable experience in this new, tech-based, form of estate agency.

I feel extremely fortunate, to be able to use all the vital information that I have learnt, to extract the best elements of each model, and combine them, to create a truly new and unique estate agency for local people to sell and let their homes.

With my wife and two sons Daniel and Lucas, who have themselves been agents in the area for over 10 years, we decided to turn lifetimes dream into a reality, by launching our very own estate agency business – Youngs Residential.

We provide a genuinely bespoke, one-to-one service to our clients. We are always available, even outside of usual office hours and we support and guide our clients through every part of the process. Our experience and dedication, allows us to achieve the very best prices for our clients.
